About me: My name is Sarah and I am a certified lactation massage therapist based in New Jersey. I have always had a passion for working with new mothers and helping them on their breastfeeding journey. From a young age, I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in the field of lactation support, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to do what I love every day.
I earned my certification in lactation massage through rigorous training and education, and I continue to stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques in order to provide the best possible care for my clients. I understand the challenges that new mothers face when it comes to breastfeeding, and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for them to receive the care they need.
My goal as a lactation massage therapist is to help mothers establish and maintain a successful breastfeeding relationship with their babies. I specialize in techniques that promote relaxation, alleviate pain and discomfort, and improve milk flow. Whether a mother is experiencing engorgement, blocked ducts, or other breastfeeding issues, I work closely with each client to create a personalized treatment plan that meets their unique needs.
In addition to my work as a lactation massage therapist, I also offer education and support to mothers on topics such as proper latch technique, breastfeeding positions, and pumping and storing breast milk. I believe that knowledge is power, and I strive to empower mothers with the information they need to make informed decisions about their breastfeeding journey.
I am passionate about advocating for breastfeeding mothers and promoting the many benefits of breastfeeding for both mother and baby. I believe that every mother deserves access to compassionate and knowledgeable lactation support, and I am dedicated to providing that support to the families in my community.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my own family and staying active in the local breastfeeding support community. I am grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of new mothers and their babies, and I look forward to continuing to serve the breastfeeding community in New Jersey for years to come.
